Assembling of KS Cableladders using KS-LA fishplates


Below is showed how to assemble Cableladder (Type KS) with our new KS-LA fishplate. The fishplate is replacing the SLX fishplate. The KS-LA is cheaper than the predecessor and makes assembling easier, faster and stronger.



Fig. 1.: The fishplate is made in one piece and is locked to the Ladder Sides by the two lock flaps. No extra bolts or fittings is needed.



Fig. 2. Place the Cable Ladders in continuation and place the KA-SL fishplate on the Ladder Sides. Note that the KA-SL fishplate can as well be placed on the inner part of the Ladder Side. The lock flaps should always be placed on the bottom of the cable side (away from the folded edge of the cable side).



Fig. 3.: Press the lower part of the KS-LA Fishplate until the lock flaps closes. The lock of the assembling is making a “Click”- sound. The use of a plastic hammer might ease the job



Fig. 4 The lock flaps is secured with a 5mm screw driver or similar. The assembling job is finished
